Does the inspection need any breaking?
No. The devices locate the leak from the outside, and breaking happens only at the repair point — if you decide to repair with us.
How long does the inspection take?
It depends on the size of the property, the complexity of the water network and whether lines need isolating or the meter needs watching. We give you an estimate once you describe the case.
What is the difference between a leak and damp?
A leak is water escaping from a supply or drain line. Damp is what you see on the wall or ceiling, and it can come from a leak, rainwater, condensation or ground moisture. The inspection finds the real source before any repair.
Do you provide an official report?
Yes. After the inspection we hand you a detailed technical report with the findings and leak locations, photos, recommendations and the repair plan.
Do you work outside Amman?
Yes, we serve every governorate of Jordan: Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Balqa, Madaba, Jerash, Ajloun, Mafraq, Karak, Tafilah, Ma’an and Aqaba. Contact us to confirm the time for your area.
Can you give a price over the phone?
Photos and a description help us estimate the scope; the exact price is set once the property details and scope are clear. Inspection and repair are priced separately.
